Although a higher upfront cost, lithium-ion batteries have virtually zero maintenance (no more watering, corrosion, acid drips and charging fumes), are much lighter and last much longer than acid batteries.

In our 48V lithium-ion range we currently stock the new Trojan GC2 48V, which has the same dimensions as the T-875, so it is simple to fit and the existing charger works as before (after the charging algorithm has been amended), as well as the RoyPow LiFePO4 48V Golf Cart battery, for sale and fitment by Golf Car Associates in Gauteng, South Africa.
